Our payment processor accepts all currencies at checkout. You can safely pay in your own local currency, even if it's not Euro (€) or USD ($)

We ship all around the world to almost countries. All our Bursting Hearts Necklace gifts are custom made after purchase in Florida (USA) or Amsterdam (NL).
This depends on whether it is an International or a Domestic order. All orders within the US and NL are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 2-5 business days. International customers receive their giftbox typically within 7-10 days. Please see our International Shipping Policy for all the details.

We will automatically send tracking information by sms or to the e-mail address and/or phonenumber associated with your order, once the item has been shipped. Absolutely! In fact, most orders are gifts for someone else. When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information if you wish the order to be delivered to them. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package for you ;)
All our necklaces are handmade and require custom work. In the very rare event that something wasn't right, or if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, reach out to us to see what went wrong and if we can make things right.
If we cannot resolve the issue, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked.
Correct. As soon as you have uploaded your photo and confirmed the adjustments you made, you can proceed by clicking on add to order. You will see a page where you can add custom engraving. If something is not working, we're here to help.
